V12 Vantage S oficjalnie. Jest lżejszy o 20 kilogramów od zwykłego V12V, a jego V12 nowej generacji AM28 produkuje 573 KM i 620 Nm. Silnik współpracuje z nową przekładnią Sportshift III, wywodzącą się z programu wyścigowego Vantage GT. Pod spodem m.in. nowe tarcze hamulcowe ze spieków węglowo-ceramicznych, adaptacyjne zawieszenie z trzema ustawieniami, w tym tryb torowy. Prędkość maksymalna: około 330 km/h - to najszybszy Aston w historii.
